December Lunch Menu

Hello ARRSD families. The biggest event of the school year, the LIP SYNC is tonight from 5:30-7:00 at Athol High School. All four high school classes perform a 15-minute lip sync act and a panel of judges along with audience voting pick the winners. There is also a basket raffle, popcorn, and water for sale!

Hello ACES Community, The next PTO meeting is Wednesday, December 4th at 6pm in the ACES Library. 3rd Grade Scratch Ticket Raffle (raffle tickets attached) Win $150 worth in scratch tickets! Chances are 1 for $5 or 3 for $12 - Tickets and money due back Dec 13th. Tickets are being sent home this week. Winner will be chosen Monday December 16. 4th Grade Basket Raffle (picture attached along with raffle tickets) Snowman Basket Raffle: $5.00 per ticket Items include: 4 FREE tickets to the Farm Winter Lights, Snowman light up decoration, a winter puzzle, a warm blanket, 2 mugs, 2 candles, and an ornament filled with chocolate. Winner will be chosen Monday December 16. Tickets due back by December 13 latest ******If you would like to take a chance and help support these grades, you can send in money with your name and phone number in an envelope. Please clearly mark which fundraiser it is for and the front office will collect the envelopes. We are asking that everyone in those grades help sell tickets to their friends and family as well. This fundraiser will help support their field trips for later on in this school year.****** Both of these raffles will be available during the ACES Holiday and Craft Fair on December 13th from 5-7pm in the ACES gym and Cafe. We will have Santa coming to take pictures, free hot chocolate and cookies while supplies last, as well as an opportunity to purchase and decorate an ornament. We have 20+ craft vendors signed up to participate so far. This is open to the community, please help spread the word! We will also need volunteers to help sell raffle tickets for the center table! Save the Date for Spirit week, Dec 16th-20th! (flyer attached) Also, we will have another Wendy's Restaurant fundraiser day on December 27th. Flyers will be sent home before winter break! Hello ACES Community, Please see the attached letter from the ACES PTO Board for upcoming opportunities. Save the Dates: Friday, December 13th from 5-7pm, Holiday Craft Fair with Santa Week of December 23rd we will be doing a spirit week Friday, December 27th, Wendy's Fundraiser day. We were able to raise a little over $700 on our last fundraiser night at Wendy's due to your purchases that day! Thank you so much! We look forward to having another successful event in December!

Join us for our 2nd Annual ACES PTO Holiday Craft fair. This is open to the community, all are welcome to come and enjoy! We will have vendors and a center table! We will also be selling ornaments to make/decorate, as well as setting up a popcorn bar. We also will have a special appearance by Santa Visits you! Come and visit with Santa and take a picture! If you would like to be a vendor, please email acespto123@gmail.com. $20 (for one table, $35 if you are setting up two), and an item for the center table. We will be collecting money the night of, do not send your money to anyone online, or send them an application. The only way to register is by emailing ACES PTO directly. Thank you!

Thank you to everyone who was able to dine at Wendy’s last week - we are hoping to participate in a few more this year to help us reach our fundraising goals! Join us on Wednesday for our monthly PTO meeting at 6 pm in the ACES T-shirts are going home today and tomorrow. Valuing Our Children's North Quabbin Patch Parents Council annual backpack drive will be happening August 1st and 2nd. We are encouraging families (who live in the North Quabbin) to pre-register for their backpacks. Pre-registration information can be found on the attached flyer.

Valuing Our Children will be running Active Parenting the First Five Years during the month of August. This 4 part evidenced based parent education program is for parents/caretakers with a child 5 and under. Please find the flyers attached and share with families.

Free meals will be available this summer for all kids and teens 18 and under at meal sites throughout Athol Royalston COMMUNITY! no sign-up or ID required. This summer, meals must be consumed on site with breakfast and lunch. Please see attached for locations and times
