School Building Asessments

The Athol-Royalston Regional School District (“District”) requests sealed proposals from qualified and experienced firms to conduct and provide a comprehensive assessment of four (4) school buildings. The results of this study will become the basis for a long term facilities asset management plan. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for January 25, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Athol-Royalston Regional School District Offices, 1062 Pleasant Street, Athol, MA 01331.
Sealed proposals are due in the business office no later than 1:00 PM on February 9, 2023. All questions should be addressed to the Business Manager Leah Jack at ljack@arrsd.org.
