Thank you for sending in candy for our PTG Gingerbread House making night. We had lots of fun and made some “sweet” houses! Thank you to Kaedin’s family, Isabelle’s family and Kylie’s family for sending in cookies for Polar Express..YUMMY!! Thank you to Kaedin’s mom for coming in to help prepare and serve the hot cocoa.

We had so many yummy treats to eat at our Holiday Party!! Thank you!! I absolutely LOVE the MAGIC of the holiday season!!! If you are missing a tray or basket from the treats you sent in please stop in or write a note in your child’s agenda. I hope you all enjoyed a nice break with your children. I loved sleeping in and snuggling with my babies the most!
Family Project
The children have been introduced to non-fiction texts aka “informational” texts. They are enjoying reading about animals and winter. For this family project I’d like you to pick an animal to study together. You may pick any animal. Please report on the animals habitat, what the animal does during the winter, what they eat as well as anything else. Please have one labeled picture of the animal. You may complete this project together…so ENJOY! Feel free to do a poster to show your findings. Other ideas are always welcome! Send them in when completed and we will share with the class anytime before February vacation.
