Kindergarten Newsletter

November 1st, 2013

Can you believe it’s November already? To me, that’s just crazy! Time flies when you are having fun!

This week the children were treated with lots of yummy treats. Thank you Mrs. Richard for sending in the cupcakes to share on Emma’s Birthday. BIG thanks to you for also coming in to help with groups on Tuesday, and for cutting out the not so easy number 6′s! Thank you to Madilyn’s family for sending in supplies for the classroom. So appreciated! Thank you to Mrs. Swenson for the yummy treat to share on Halloween and for helping in the classroom. High five to Sophia’s auntie for sending in toothbrushes to clean off all the sugar I’m sure your children are all consuming! Thanks to Mrs. Gauvin for helping during group time of Friday!

We will be having a “Harvest Feast” here on November 27, 2013. Please read the information about said “Harvest Feast”. If you are unable to donate the item asked, or prefer another, please let me know.

Please, please, please keep practicing popcorn words with your child. Please SIGN and RETURN the popcorn word assessment.

Next week…

If you haven’t already, please send in a medium size bag to be a “Book Bag” for your child.

A few parents are interested in sharing phone numbers for play dates with other RCS kindergarteners. If you are interested please send me an email with your phone number and available days.
