Phil Leger, Athol Board of Health, Deb Karan, Athol Board of Health, Pam Jobst, Athol Memorial Hospital, S. Quinton, Nurse, Athol-Royalston Middle School and S. Hall, Nurse, Royalston community School were on hand for an H1N1 immunization presentation.

R. Newman moved to have the Athol-Royalston Regional school District immunize for H1N1, W. Caldwell seconded, motion unanimous.

K. Fisher recognized Bob Roukema and his crew in getting the bleachers ready for opening day and his crew for getting the schools ready.

Pete’s Tire Barns has donated $5,000.00 towards the purchase of indoor scoreboards. W. Caldewll moved to accept donation, J. Maga seconded, motion unanimous.

VII. COMMITTEE MEMBER REFERRALS

R. Newman questioned class sizes in Royalston.

K. McNiff – Provide corrected and or updated Administrator contracts.

D. Kuzmeskas feels there should be full time Kindergarten aides throughout the District.

J. Maga moved approval for funds to be paid out of extraordinary maintenance to purchase shades for the Media Center and to replace the outdoor scoreboard at the Athol High School, K. Fisher seconded, motion unanimous.
